room, dining room, full kitchen and laundry room.  Parking for two 
cars in front.  In back, two patios lead directly to a shallow kiddie 
pool and a large adult pool.  A few steps away is a clubhouse, with 
bathrooms & changing rooms and an area for entertaining.

The Real Del Carmen complex has a relaxed, residential feel
 - your home away from home.

This villa is jointly owned by Bob & Cindy Makoski
   and Jacques & Roxanne Rousseau.

All brand new:  gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, water cooler, 
washer, gas dryer, color TV with SKY Satellite TV service and VHS and 
DVD/CD players, full-size sofa sleeper in living room, full-size 
futon in loft, 2 full-size beds in bedroom #1, 2 twin beds in bedroom 
#2, 4 ceiling fans & 3 air-conditioning units.

Fully furnished w/ linens, towels, hair dryers, iron, cookware, 
utensils, plates, cups, blender, coffee maker, the works.  A security 
guard patrols the grounds 24/7.  We can arrange easy transfers for 
you from the Cancun Airport directly to our villa.  We have an in-
town manager of the property who you can call if there are any 
problems.  Maid service is available from our manager for an 
additional charge.

The Playacar area is surrounded by a myriad of things to do:
